1. Thomas Meunier (Paris Saint-Germain) – €24m

The Belgian right-back’s deal with the Ligue 1 giants expires at the end of the season with the star valued at  € 24million, amid repeated links to the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

The 28-year-old has made 27 appearances in all competitions this season and while yet to agree to a new deal, he is highly thought of among the footballing circles.

2. Willian (Chelsea) – €22.5m

The contract situation regarding Willian has been a topic of discussion since the start of the season, with the Brazilian yet to agree to new terms with Chelsea, who tend not to offer more than a one-year deal to players over 30.

He has been heavily linked with Barcelona and Tottenham in recent times, and he does provide a creative option on the wing as seen by his performances for the Blues in his seven years with them.

3. Edinson Cavani (Paris Saint-Germain) – €20m

PSG’s all-time highest goalscorer, Edinson Cavani has struggled with injury issues this season and has struggled for gametime under manager, Thomas Tuchel managing to make only 22 appearances so far.

Cavani has been linked with Atletico Madrid and clubs in the Major League Soccer (MLS), with it still uncertain as to where he will decide to move in the summer.

4. Dries Mertens (Napoli) – €20m

It is surprising that a player of the quality of Dries Mertens will be available on a free transfer considering that he has been one of Napoli’s best player over time as seen by the 121 goals he has scored for them.

Chelsea and a host of English clubs have expressed an interest in signing him, though nothing has been set in stone as of now.

5. Ryan Fraser (Bournemouth) – €17.5m

A player in the old fashioned mould, Ryan Fraser has been a consistent performer in the Premier League for sometime now, though his performances have dipped this season – with the player himself admitting that the speculation linking him to Arsenal had caused a decline in his play.
