Former Inter Milan and Barcelona striker, Luis Suarez believes that Lautaro Martinez should stay with the Italian giants despite being linked heavily with the Catalan based club, claiming that he has “all the time” to make such a move in the future.
Martinez who has emerged as one of the best young strikers in the world after scoring 16 goals in 31 appearances this season has been linked with a move to the Nou Camp, with even the likes of club talisman, Lionel Messi talking up a potential transfer.
Luis Suarez believes Barcelona target Lautaro Martinez should stay at Inter Milan.

“If I were him, I wouldn’t change teams. Making a decision on whether to stay or not is very complicated, although if Messi called him then it would be easy to think about it.
However, we’re talking about a boy who is still very young, and he has all the time in the world to go for other challenges in the future,” he said as quoted by Goal.
“Let’s say the truth, he would have less prominence in Spain than he does at Inter. I want to give [Lautaro] some advice – stay where you are.”
While Suarez wants the striker to remain in Italy, Racing’s president of youth football Adrian Ruben Fernandez, for his part had differing opinions on the matter, calling for the 22-year-old to make the move to Spain.
