Italian giants, Juventus have become the latest side to enquire about Philippe Coutinho with the Dailystar reporting that the Bianconeri said to be interested in the services of the Brazilian who does not seem to have a future at Barcelona.
Coutinho is currently on a season long at Bayern Munich, who have decided not make his deal permanent which has come as a surprise to many considering that he has already scored nine goals and provide eight assists in 32 appearances so far this season.
With the Catalan giants said to be keen to add Miralem Pjanic to their ranks and while Juventus wanted to get Arthur in order to send the Bosnian the other way, the player himself has confirmed that he does not want to leave the Nou Camp anytime in the near future.
With Juventus resigned to losing Pjanic in the summer, the club management are keen to add another midfielder to their squad and Coutinho’s name has now come up in the discussions with Barcelona.
The 27-year-old’s agent, Kia Joorabchian has refused to give a concrete answer regarding a potential club but has admitted that he may make a move.
“At the moment, we have not spoken to anybody about any deals whatsoever. I think at the moment everyone’s concentration is regarding this pandemic and how football can restart the season in a secure environment and over the health and safety of everybody.
I think the transfer side of things and where he will go or where people will go will come into play down the line when things have got back to some sort of normality.”
