Italian side, Juventus are reportedly keen on landing deals for two Chelsea players in the upcoming transfer window. A report in the Italian outlet Calciomercato [via CaughtOffside] indicates that the Old Lady are eying moves for Jorginho and Brazilian left-back Emerson Palmieri.
The Guardian has earlier reported that both Juve and Chelsea have already started talks over a potential swap deal, that would see Jorginho return to Italy, with Miralem Pjanic joining the west London side.

However, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are also reported to be in the fray for Pjanic, who has been a crucial player for the Italian side since his arrival from Roma in 2016. Hence, it remains unclear where he will end up come next season.
Meanwhile, Emerson Palmieri is the other Chelsea player Juventus are reportedly courting. However, this deal also remains far from being agreed, with Chelsea believed to have been demanding €40m for the Brazilian since January, which Juve might not be willing to spend. For a potential deal to go through, and talks, if there are any, to progress, the Blues will likely have to reduce their valuation of the player, or will need to consider another swap deal.
Frank Lampard’s side are said to have an eye on Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell, among many others as they look for a summer squad overhaul. Cashing on Emerson appears to be a good option for Chelsea as they could generate funds to sign the Leicester left-back.
