Book through the online scheduler. A $25 deposit is automatically charged and goes toward your total. Deposits can be transferred once with proper notice. No additional card charges are made unless you authorize them or fees occur.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit their deposit and need a new deposit to rebook. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

A $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes. At 15 minutes late, Chris may cancel the appointment at his discretion. If cancelled due to lateness, the deposit is forfeited.

Arrive with bare hands and feet, without polish, gel or acrylic, unless you have booked a soak-off. Add all needed designs, removals and extras when booking. Listed prices are starting prices, and missing add-ons can increase the total.

Preparation depends on your selected service. New wig installs require a human-hair wig with HD or transparent lace, dropped off 1–3 days ahead. Frontal and closure quick weaves require hair drop-off 2–3 days ahead. Quick-weave clients should arrive with clean, detangled/blown-out hair. The Full Slay bundle specifically requires you to come braided down. Read your individual service details before booking.

The home-based studio is in Southeast Houston, near Hobby Airport. Wait in your vehicle and text Chris on arrival; he will let you know when to come in. Leave your Instagram handle when the scheduler asks so Chris can send instructions for finding the building.

Please do not bring extra guests.

In-person tap-to-pay credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Apple Pay, and cash. Bring the exact amount for cash payments; change is not available.

Appointments outside normal booking hours require an additional $25 squeeze-in fee. Message Chris to ask about availability.

Services are not performed on toes showing signs of fungus, infection, open wounds or discoloration. If signs of a fungal infection are present, service is declined and the deposit is forfeited. Rebook after the condition has fully cleared. Acrylic toes are offered; wet pedicures are not currently available.

Check the duration of your service and all add-ons. Chris performs both nails and toes, and detailed art, charms, 3D and bling take additional time. Avoid booking if you will be in a rush.

No. A booking request or inquiry does not reserve a time. Use the Acuity scheduler to select your service, choose an available time and complete the required booking steps.
