Information you choose to share
When you use the inquiry form, we request your name, email address, request type, selected service, optional preferred date and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry or booking request. Please do not include payment details or sensitive health information.
Requests and email delivery
When connected, Resend delivers form messages to slaymindedhtx@gmail.com. Your email address is included so Chris can reply. If the form cannot send your message, it displays an error; it does not confirm delivery or reserve an appointment. You may contact us directly by email instead.
Appointment scheduling
Appointments and deposits are handled on our external Acuity scheduling site. Information entered there is processed by that provider under its own privacy terms. We do not collect card details through this website.
Hosting and security
This website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to operate their services and reduce abuse. Form submissions are checked for validity and may be rate limited.
Videos and external links
TikTok videos load only after you choose to play them. Loading an embedded video connects your browser to TikTok, which may process information under its own policies. Instagram, TikTok and Acuity links take you to external services.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is not enabled unless a measurement ID is configured. If enabled, it loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It can measure page views, booking and social-link clicks, and successful request submissions. We do not send names, email addresses or message content to analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Your choices and questions
To ask about your inquiry information or request deletion, email slaymindedhtx@gmail.com. Email records may remain with the business and its providers as needed to respond to requests and meet applicable obligations.
